Lead-free environment-friendly no-clean flux
Overview
Jissyu's flux series products for lead-free lead-free process are composed of refined resin and active agent which fully meet the requirements of environmental protection,meeting the technical requirements of various lead-free processes and wide process window.. They are in accordance with mil-14256 / IPC-TM-650, having good wettability and full solder joints and extremely high surface insulation resistance.
