AL-88 aluminum wire flux
Overview
AL-88 flux is a RoHS-compliant, excellent lead-free environment-friendly aluminum wire flux used for the soldering between aluminum wires and copper wire. Withits strong wettability, soldered dots are bright and uniform after soldering, and less corrosion will be caused. It can quickly and effectively remove the oxide film on the aluminum surface, and reduce the tensile force of solder surface and enhance the wettability, and weld reliability so as to reach a perfect welding performence.
Applications
Mainly apply to the production of induction cooker microwave ovens, transformers, degaussing coils, high and low transformers, power distribution boxes, lighting distribution boxes, high-precision automatic voltage regulators, isolated various types of transformers, motors and other aluminum wire welding.
